By browsing the website and purchasing from Middle Campscott Farm, you accept and agree to the below Terms and Conditions. All of The Middle Campscott’s products are sold subject to the Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully.
Availability
Our stock is shared between the farmers’ markets and our online store. We endeavour to ensure that the stock on the website remains up to date, however it is possible that our stocks will have run low. If your order can not be fulfilled, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.
Acceptance of Order
To purchase from www.middlecampscott.co.uk simply click “Add to basket” on any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished your selection you can review it in your basket before you click “Proceed to checkout”. Give your billing and delivery details and proceed to payment.
Your order becomes binding as soon as it has been accepted by Middle Campscott Farm, subject to your rights of cancellation (see section on ‘Cancellation and Returns’).
Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
It is your responsibility to check all the details and aspects of your order are correct and that the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements. Please check these details before placing your order.
Colours and descriptions
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
Our products are all natural and variance is to be expected. Colour and texture may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to limitations of screens and technology.
Pricing and Payment
All orders are refundable up to 48 hours after your order is placed. We make every effort to ensure that prices are correct at the time of publication on the website, however, if an error has occurred, either party may cancel the order. Up until the time you place your order, we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Before we can dispatch your order, we must receive payment in full for all products purchased.
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability.
Deposits for products are non-refundable.
Delivery and Shipping
For delivery costs please visit our Delivery and Collection page. Following payment for your order, please allow up to 5 working days for us to process and ship your order.
International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred.
Where possible we reuse and recycle packaging.
Cancellation and Returns
If you need to cancel or return your order, please contact us immediately. If you amend your order in any way after you placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your order.
For non-food items:
You have the right to return the order up to 14 days after delivery, provided it is received in it’s original condition and fit for re-sale. You should ensure that products to be returned are packaged safely, as received, and that works are returned back to us within 14 days. Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, and should ensure that a reliable delivery method is used.
For food items:
We will do our best to accommodate your needs but please be aware that if the order has been despatched it cannot be changed.
